The neighborhood felt safe to walk around, and the hotel's location was convenient. The customer service was great. I took off a star because the bed wasn't the best, but I'd still recommend staying here.

The room was clean, quiet by Colombian standards, and had air conditioning, which I appreciated. Everyone on staff was friendly, and housekeeping did a great job. I really enjoyed the stay, especially for the good value.

On this second visit to Ayenfa Infinity, I found the room clean and fresh, with a comfortable bed, though its layout and clothes cupboard weren't as good as in the room I had before. The staff were wonderful again. The young woman at reception was delightful, though I didn't catch her name, and everyone was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Definitely five stars.

Laureles was a great base, with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable, and I loved the shower head.

The neighborhood's got wine bars, cafes, and more, and the included breakfast was good. My room was large and clean, and the staff were awesome. It's no Hyatt, but it has what you really need.
