I got the king room with a jacuzzi tub and stayed a few nights with my siblings. The place is clean and spacious, and the food was excellent and inexpensive. There are hut tubes and a sauna too. The location is good, though a bit of a drive from activities. The staff and service were excellent, and I'd definitely come back if I'm ever in the area.

The Wi-Fi stayed steady the whole time, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a nice place in a safe area, with different services nearby.

My four day stay turned into nine days after I had to extend my time in Medellin, and I was so glad I stayed here. I could have changed hotels, but this one was close to everything I needed: malls, restaurants, and lots of miradores. The Uber spot was right in front, the internet was very fast, and both the rooms and front desk service were lovely and professional. The view was beautiful, the food was amazing, and the chefs always did a little extra. When my cellphone got blocked because of international coverage and my SIM was damaged, I was anxious and overwhelmed. The staff listened, calmed me down, and explained that things would be okay. They made me feel so welcome that leaving was hard. I won't forget how kind, professional, and special they were. Andrea and Yury went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The airport shuttle was on time, and room service staff were kind and always checked if I needed anything. I'm grateful for their support on this personal journey and for making my vacation so worthwhile. I'll come back to the same place because it has everything in one place. Thank you so much.
