Living 10-36 Dieztreintayseis Short & Long Term

The rooftop pool and bar had just opened during our stay. It was beautiful, with great views, and the service was outstanding. The kitchen was due to open on the day we left, so I can't say how the food is, but the drinks were the most affordable in town. We stayed Friday to Monday for $336 through air bnb, and I'd happily come back. Our room faced the corner of two main roads, across from Provenza, so keeping the balcony doors open meant a lot of noise. With them shut it was much better, though I could still hear traffic. I slept fine without ear buds, but I'm not a light sleeper. Inside, the industrial design and brick wall were lovely. The bed was beautiful and very comfy, there were four balconies with tiny sour orange/lime plants, and the TV swiveled so we could watch from the bed or living room couch. The compact kitchen was fully equipped and had an island. There was plenty of closet space, a full-length mirror, blackout curtains, lots of lighting options, a rain shower, and a fabulous hair dryer. They also left us chocolate and water, and there was an iron and board. Guests need their room key for the elevator to the rooftop.
