The staff were very nice, the AC worked great, and the room looked good. We also found the room generally clean, though there was a cockroach on the tub on our first day. We didn’t see any other bugs during the stay. We were traveling with our four-year-old and expected a second bed or sofa, but were told the large bed could fit three. It was quite big, but we would have liked to know that before arriving. Rest was difficult. Our street-facing room was noisy from traffic at night and music on weekends, even though the street itself was relatively quiet with not much traffic. The windows looked nice but didn’t close fully, so they couldn’t block the sound. We also heard people in the hall and other rooms. Inner rooms may not have the same noise issue, though some rooms have no outside windows. The rooms are small, and this feels closer to a glorified hostel than a boutique stay. The location is good, but at this price there are better options.

The staff were really helpful, and they gave us a metro card to use. Breakfast was made for us rather than served as a buffet, and it was good. The place is small but has what you need and feels like good value. It’s not right in the middle of the action, though you can walk to the metro and places where things are happening. There can be some noise, which is expected in Poblado, but I slept really well.

It’s within walking distance of the nightlife, and the hotel was clean. The room could use more space. Staff were nice, especially the woman making breakfast, who did her best to communicate.

The neighborhood is quiet, with streets that aren’t too busy. Inside, the decor feels cozy and inviting, with a lovely color scheme. The rooms are modern and tastefully done, with the basics, and the bed is really comfortable. The pillows feel like clouds.
