The rave music above my room has been going all night. It's 6:30am and it's still blasting, so I hardly slept and I'm not happy. I'd read lots of reviews saying it was quiet, so I don't know if this is a one-off. It is incredibly frustrating when you're trying to sleep and the music keeps going, not just until midnight, but through to 6:30am.
The restroom has only half a roll of toilet paper at the entrance, and its trash cans don't have pedals. The sheets look wrinkled and as if they'd been used before. The restroom also lacks grab bars for seniors, and the air conditioning is in poor condition.
I liked the hotel's quiet neighborhood and great location. It's a very nice place, and the staff were excellent.
It was very peaceful at the hotel. The breakfasts were delicious, the service was excellent, and the place itself is spectacular.
We found dampness in most of the rooms, even mold, along with some cockroaches in the rooms and hallway. They said it was because it had rained a lot. They moved us to another room, but still charged us for three rooms for two nights, even though the mold problem meant we spent the last night in just one single room and one shared room. We tried to complain, but they still haven't refunded us for the room we didn't use. Completely NOT RECOMMENDED if you care about your health. I SUGGEST YOU FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE THAT WON'T AFFECT YOUR HEALTH.
