Being near the D1 supermarket and the metro was the one upside. Everything else was terrible: the service was mediocre, the place was dirty and noisy, and the room wasn't at all like the advertisement. There were cockroaches everywhere, and the neighborhood was awful.

It's very close to tourist attractions, with parking and hot water, which are good points. But the exposed plumbing carries the sound of drains running day and night. There's also a slight musty smell and a cockroach problem in the kitchen. I added a photo of the view and the unpleasant insects.

The rooms smelled bad, and the bathrooms were ugly and dirty. The whole place looked gloomy, shabby, and run-down, and the reservation was handled inconsistently. Service was poor.

At least the location is central: there's a D1 across the street, and Hospital metro station in Medellín is 10 minutes away. But the apartment we were given wasn't the kind shown on Booking.com, where they only display the family-owned ones, so they should show what guests will actually get. The kitchen utensils were extremely greasy and dirty, and the facilities weren't great. It was also very noisy, with people in the neighboring apartment easy to hear.
