The apartment itself was okay and the location is great, but the noise was disastrous. Other tenants often played music very loudly from 3 a.m. until 9 a.m. on many nights. Water flooded our apartment, and construction work there started as early as 6 a.m. on many mornings, with no regard for the time. I repeatedly asked management to put a noise ordinance in place, but got nowhere.
