The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the shower was fine, though the water wasn’t very hot. Cooking was easy enough: the stove worked well, and there was a decent range of kitchen gear to borrow, apart from the expected very dull knife. The laundry room has two sets of machines, 15k per wash or dry, and the front desk gives you soap for free. We even had a little drying rack in the room. Staff at the front desk were helpful, and there are lots of restaurants around, plus a cafe downstairs. Laureles felt quite safe for daytime walks. The hotel is on a quiet corner, apart from the occasional church bells.

The hotel is well placed for getting to good restaurants, and the staff were kind and very helpful. The church bells didn’t bother me at all. I just wish there had been water, tea, or coffee in the room, either as an amenity or something available to buy.

The rooms were clean and roomy, with a kitchen and full-size fridge. I loved that there are two washers and dryers, something you hardly ever find in hotels. The location is perfect for getting around, including to the metro, and there are lots of dining options within easy walking distance. The staff are professional and happy to help. Thanks to the cleaning and maintenance teams, and thanks Origen, I’ll be back! 💕💕💕

Everything has been going really well during my stay, from housekeeping to the front desk and Nelson, the tour guide. Nelson is sweet and very helpful, and the front desk employees have been super nice and helpful too. The place is modern, beautiful, and so clean, with a great location and a night view to die for. You can walk to just about everything, from nightclubs and restaurants to bakeries, church, and la 70. I’ll definitely stay here next time I come. Definitely recommended. A++++++

The staff made us feel very welcome. One of the front desk guys even remembered my birthday and wished me happy birthday when he saw me that morning. The location is great, just two blocks from La 70, close to the action but far enough away to sleep at night. I’d stay here again!
