The rooms were tidy and clean, with a TV, and you can request an iron. The staff were lovely and the service was amazing. If local food for breakfast is what you want, this place fits. Anyone looking for more breakfast variety may be disappointed.

The stay was quiet, comfortable, and clean. I wasn't told clearly at first why there were occupancy fees, though the booking description said they were included, so the charges didn't feel transparent.

The location is great, on a quiet street with plenty of restaurants and nightclubs a short walk away. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of them during the day. Breakfast is included, with a good selection, and so is WiFi. I wish I could give it 4.5 stars. The rooms are small, and most look inward. Tour buses also use the hotel, which can be awkward since people on organized tours and independent travelers don't always mix well.

They even printed my boarding pass for the trip home and arranged a taxi at a good price for 4 a.m. Everyone was pleasant, helpful, and friendly, and the nonstop cleaning made this the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. At 2 a.m., after my flight, I was met at the cab and checked in quickly since I had a reservation. A man arrived right after me saying he'd tried several hotels and hoped this one would suit him. He was still there when I left a week later. They made me feel special. I'll be back, and this will be my home in Medellin.

The location is convenient and felt safe, and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make my mom comfortable while she was in town for cancer treatment. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medellín.
