The apartment building is an easy walk from the metro and tram station.

I stayed here for a long time and had two different apartments. The first was okay; the second was perfect, and the host handled any issues that came up. The unit’s quality depends on its owner and host and how well they maintain it. Traffic noise was the downside, along with not having many good restaurants in the neighborhood.

I booked two rooms through booking.com and then canceled. I travel to Colombia often, and foreigners are exempt from VAT, so I don’t think this establishment should charge it. The VAT was added in the booking.com portal along with a cleaning fee, which I would have gladly paid. In my experience, once you’ve paid, it’s impossible to get a refund from any establishment.

I don’t think the location is safe, and I wouldn’t recommend going there. I lost 7 nights through Airbnb.
