Our room was wonderful, nearly at the top of the building, with a stunning city view. We loved the breakfast and restaurant, too, and the hotel’s location made exploring Medellín easy. The whole team made us feel so welcome. Mariana, Alsy, Natalia, the night security guard, and the housekeeping team were all incredibly friendly and ready to help. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

There are tons of restaurants nearby, and the location felt safe and was great. Our room had a kitchenette, two twin beds, a private bathroom, and an extra sofa bed. The staff were very nice and accommodating, and we paid a very decent price for a clean, lovely, hip place. We had breakfast included, which came from the next door restaurant Mekong. It was varied and delicious, and Mekong also offers room service.

The room was modern, attractive, and very clean, with a big window that let in lots of natural light. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. My limited interactions with the front desk were fine. The breakfast we tried at the restaurant was light but very good, though it ends at 10am, which didn’t suit us after arriving at 2am. The room really is tiny. There’s barely any space for clothes, especially for two people, and the bathroom is extremely small. The kitchenette felt unnecessary with dozens of cafes and restaurants in the area. The hotel also has nowhere else to relax, so it’s fine as a place to sleep, but not if you want somewhere to spend time. I wish water were complimentary, or that there were at least a place to get some. The nearest store is three blocks away. There’s coffee, but no water supplied to make it, and the coffee maker was the worst I’ve used. I hear the tap water is drinkable, but as a tourist visiting from another country, I wasn’t comfortable with that. The minibar has water for sale, but paying five times the price for a small bottle soured the experience. The towels were tiny, thin, and scratchy, and there was no facecloth. I should know better and bring one, since they aren’t common in Latin America. For the price, they should improve these simple comforts that are within their control.

The front desk could use more hospitality training. The staff weren’t necessarily rude, but customer service and efficiency could be better. The hotel itself is comfortable and well maintained. Everything was clean, from the exterior through to the room, and the housekeeping staff were friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which made it easy to eat out. With better front desk service, it could be an even better stay.
