Vita Hotel Boutique

The room had A/C, which made a big difference in the hot, humid weather, and the bedroom and bathroom were clean with lovely modern decor. Basic amenities are included. My one issue was the lack of cross-ventilation, which made the room feel stuffy and hot whenever the AC was off. The staff were friendly and happy to help with requests. They kept our bags after checkout and gave us lots of local recommendations. The stay was cozy and luxurious, with a good price in the heart of El Poblado. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and public transit options nearby.

Jimmy was so friendly and always available, and the location was just right, close to everything but still quiet and pleasant. The room is small, but has AC and is well equipped. Everything was very clean. We loved our stay and would come back.

I didn’t feel safe here, and the place wasn’t clean. I found cobwebs. I asked for my money back, but the receptionist didn’t care. There were many men around, which made me uncomfortable.

Maria went out of her way to take care of me. Thank you so much. I’ll never forget it. Medellin is a better place with you in it.
