Esteban and JJ gave excellent service, thank you both. The hotel is steps from great shopping and lively nightlife, and I loved my stay. I'll definitely come back.

This hotel is awesome, and I've stayed many times before. It's clean and very comfortable. On this trip the usual staff weren't there, though. Jose, Maria, and my favorite bartender, Jefferson, had been reassigned to another location. The pleasant staff I've dealt with over the years are what make the hotel even better. Receptionist Yuris is fantastic too, very accommodating and helpful. I hope the regulars are back on my next visit. I'll call ahead or stop by before booking, lol.

I injured my face, and some blood got on the hotel towel. The staff tried to charge me 160,000 pesos, then agreed to reduce it to 80,000 after some discussion. She claimed the blood wouldn't come out in the wash, but I think that's a lie because this kind of stain can definitely come out. It happened because of the hotel. Instead of taking responsibility, they yelled and tried to rip me off over everything. Too bad, I'll never come back.

The hotel looks pretty, but there were a lot of problems. Noise made it impossible to sleep. Thursday was worse than Friday only because it rained on Friday night, and I can't imagine how loud it would've been otherwise. It's affordable, but I'd gladly pay more to sleep through the night. I had to buy melatonin for the first time, which says a lot. Our room didn't have towels when we checked in. I asked three times and eventually went downstairs to get them myself, because I just wanted a shower after a long day of flights. The staff weren't terrible, but they weren't especially hospitable either. There were other odd details too, like shower gel but no shampoo, dead smoke detectors, and strange walkie-talkie sounds. It wasn't a completely awful stay, but if you can't sleep at a hotel, it defeats the purpose.
