The food was great, and the staff were friendly and amazing. We had a wonderful time. Our room was clean, though I would have liked the pool to be a bit cleaner. It was still clean, just not as spotless as people tend to like.

There are ecological walks, huge trees, old hotel ruins, green spaces, and hidden waterfalls here. It’s a beautiful place, one of Melgar’s hidden gems, and I highly recommend it.

The atmosphere is peaceful and super quiet, and the place is family-friendly and pet-friendly. Facilities were very clean, and the service was excellent.

We spent New Year’s Eve here and loved it. The service was 10/10 from the moment we arrived, and we’re already ready to come back.

It’s a peaceful place to enjoy nature, spend time in a great atmosphere, and disconnect from the outside world. There are different areas for entertainment, including a pool, waterfall, hammocks, and playground, plus more. The food is delicious, and Lorena is lovely and always attentive to her guests. We’ll be back! ✌️
