The food is fantastic.

It has a nice family feel, and the pools are cool. The food tastes great, though the wait staff could show more warmth and provide better customer service. Some facilities are old and damaged. The board games are incomplete and old, and the books are just as worn.

The food was tasty, though I’d like more options on the menu. Staff were attentive. The facilities could use some extra cleaning and maintenance.

We’ve been coming here every year for 15 years, usually for vacation, and it’s a very family friendly place. The staff are consistently kind and helpful, and the manager and owners, Don Mauricio, are attentive to guests. My one suggestion is to keep up with general hotel maintenance better. Thanks so much, see you next time!

The pools are big and there are several activities to try. My partner and I had a super comfortable, quiet stay.
