The team were amazing, kind, and helpful. Thanks for taking care of my parents and everything they needed. They’re very organised about meals: breakfast is 7:30-9:30 am, lunch is 12-7pm, and dinner can be served anytime until 9 pm, but you should call before 6 pm to let them know. The shower has nice hot water and runs on gas. They had to change the gas bottle once during our long stay, and it took just a couple of minutes before the hot water was back.

The only good thing was the location. We booked three rooms, and none of the TVs worked until the maintenance guy came to fix them. The shower windows were dirty, with all sorts of bugs hanging there. There was no hot water in any of the three rooms, so we had to call maintenance again. Towels were counted out, and the hot water lasted only three minutes, so there really wasn’t enough for a bath. I wouldn’t recommend it to tourists.

Clean, secure, and very welcoming, with great service. It’s just minutes from town and good food. I highly recommend it if you want to experience Colombian hospitality.

There’s lots of peace and privacy here, even with other guests around, so it’s especially good for seniors looking for a quiet stay. The location is unbeatable, 2 km from the Coffee Park and close to Montenegro. We loved the lovely, clean rooms, the breakfasts, and the dogs Lucy, Perry, and Oreo. The staff were friendly and attentive to guests’ well-being. Thanks for everything, I highly recommend it as a Coffee Region stay.
