The rooms and common areas smelled dusty, and the room had cobwebs. With all the decorations, they seem to have overlooked how much dust builds up. The pool was extremely dirty, with a sandy, yellowish bottom. Leaves might fall from the trees, but that didn’t explain the state of the water. The path was overgrown and looked like it hadn’t been cleared of leaves in ages. There was no security. We came across a small monkey while walking, it got scared and jumped into the river. We’d clearly disturbed its habitat. We were there during a weekday vacation, and the place was nothing like what I’d seen on social media. The service was terrible. We had to go looking for staff whenever we needed information or help. They didn’t have beer when I asked, even though they’d said they’d bring it, and it was at room temperature. The food was so-so and, for the price, just ordinary. They should have more innovative dishes or fast food. It felt like a regular lunch rather than dinner. I paid for one of the more expensive stays expecting to be very comfortable, but the mattress was just a thin mat, about 8 to 10 cm thick. I’d also seen the indigenous impersonation show online and wanted to experience it, but nobody offered to dress up for a photo. I understand the show needs a large group, but as a guest they should offer something. If they do the show, I think it costs another 25,000 pesos per person. Honestly, I don’t recommend the place. The cleanliness is terrible and a lot needs improving. It has potential to be a good tourist attraction, but it’s a shame when people come from other regions with high expectations and leave disappointed like I did. The actual rating is -1.

During our Holy Week stay, we had two rooms. Both were very well organized and clean, with daily cleaning and fresh sheets each day. The showers had hot water too. Mrs. Yesenia and her team provided excellent service. Highly recommended.

I booked a tour with lodging at a farm, but the incompetent agency put me in this place instead. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. They call it a 3-star hotel? Hahaha. The rooms they showed us seemed not to have been opened in years. They smelled awful, were covered in dust and cobwebs, and had mold all over the walls. The bathroom was even worse. It was outrageous. These people are filthy, and all the facilities were damaged. The worst part was the Flintstones-themed room they put us in, which had a gas leak. I told an employee, but he did nothing. How dangerous! They have no common sense. The place is falling apart. Terrible experience, one of the worst. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It doesn’t deserve even one star. I’d give it zero if I could.

The bamboo groves give the place fresh, clean air, and it has a long tradition surrounded by nature. The food is acceptable for the price, but the facilities could be cleaner and the beds more comfortable. There’s a lot to improve before I could recommend it. Communication about service and costs was confusing. They tell you one thing over the phone, then ask you to message them on WhatsApp, where replies take ages and the information changes. Some charges aren’t clear, including the personalized tour, which I found expensive at COP 20,000. It felt like they were charging just for the tour itself.

Somer, the young man, was very attentive and kept looking after the guests. It’s a beautiful place with a large pool and jacuzzi, but the pool’s appearance didn’t make me want to get in. The place clearly has something special about it, which makes the poor cleanliness and service a shame. It rained and the power went out. No one came to fix things, the place was completely dark, and we couldn’t use the room with the jacuzzi. They also didn’t answer the guests’ WhatsApp messages.
