There's plenty of character in this property, and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast is included, and there's secure underground parking. The hosts have been running the hotel for 20 years and are wonderful.

The host was very nice and helpful, and the rooms were very clean, though the building itself is old and the beds a bit hard. Breakfast is typical. It's very close to Parque Cafe, but quite far from Armenia, Filandia, Salento, and other places you may want to visit, so the location only really works well if you're headed to Parque Cafe or visiting coffee fincas.

Being so close to nature, Parque del cafe and Panaca Park made the stay especially nice. Everything went well, and the customer service was excellent. Just the best!

It’s a warm, pleasant place, and the attention really stands out. It isn’t fancy, and dinner is the one thing missing, though for the price and setting that wasn’t a big deal. There are plenty of places to eat nearby.
