What made the stay easier was how quickly and kindly the host replied. The location was great too, with lovely places nearby to explore. The Airbnb was spotless and tidy when I arrived, and everything listed was there and working properly. I felt at home from the start, and I’d happily return. I recommend it to anyone after a comfortable, welcoming place in the Coffee Region.

I had booked a month ahead and paid 20% to hold the reservation. Booking.com showed it as confirmed, but after I’d traveled about 10 hours and reached the destination, I was told the booking had never been processed. They never replied. The reservation was then canceled unilaterally and without warning, after I had relied on the confirmation from both the platform and the accommodation. It caused financial losses, stress, wasted time, and seriously disrupted my travel plans.

The staff were attentive and helpful, and the price felt very good for what we got. The apartment was modern, clean, comfortable, and had spacious rooms. It’s well placed for the main attractions, and the stay exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely come back.
