The building looks really nice, and the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, though I found them a little dirty. The staff were excellent, and breakfast was up to standard.

We couldn't sleep because student athletes from Lorica, San Antero, and other places were making too much noise. We asked the reception staff to respect the guests' sleep, but they ignored us completely. The customer service was terrible, and I don't recommend the hotel.

Breakfast was good, and the hotel is in a good location. The room we slept in really needs fresh paint because the walls were very dirty.
