Deyanira made me feel right at home. The rooms are new and very clean, and even the place smells of sweet passionfruit. The “chelada’s drinks” were a perfect way to enjoy the evening. It's so peaceful and a great place to rest. Tua Hotel is my favorite place in Monterrey, Casanare. I highly recommend it.

I called on the day I was due to arrive after booking a week earlier, and the owner said she had no reservation for me because other people had canceled the room I'd booked. She said the booking hadn't been confirmed, even though I had confirmed it with her on our first call. If you won't honor a reservation, at least tell the customer. This was frustrating, wasted my time, and left me scrambling to find another hotel. The service and the owner's professionalism leave a lot to be desired. What a lack of respect!

They canceled my reservation two days beforehand and refunded me without any real explanation. It was for December 31st, when my family and I were supposed to spend New Year's Eve in Monterrey. Their explanations weren't acceptable for such a serious mistake, which ruined the celebration for all of us. We trusted the Google reviews, but the whole experience was a disaster. Please be careful with this hotel. They're not reputable. I hope they didn't resell our stay because of the summer festival.

I slept really well. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, the bathrooms are beautiful, and the place feels peaceful and relaxing. I think it's the best hotel in Monterrey, and the price is quite affordable. I'll be back.
