The pool is a delight, and the hotel has unique spaces that made my experience excellent. Plaza Hotel is huge and right in the center of Neiva, with VIP rooms, junior suites, and special suites. I really like the attention, the staff’s service quality, and the food. The menu is a dream. I highly recommend it as one of the best in Neiva.

I’ve changed my score since the rating I left years ago. I’ve stayed here often recently and enjoy coming back. The staff are friendly and take care of you, the remodeled rooms are very comfortable, breakfast is good, and dinner has plenty of variety.

The pool has been completely renewed and has a great atmosphere. The rooms are very comfortable, and so are the staff. Excellent.

6/10
It’s well located, and the workers are really attentive. Some things are quite old, though, and the area around the hotel can feel a bit dangerous at night. Still, no other hotel in town has such a deep, large pool.

The service, room, and breakfast were all excellent. It was quiet and luxurious, and priced like a five-star hotel. Everything felt professional, with personal service.
