The service was really poor. Room #18 had a strong cigarette smell, and the air conditioning wasn't working. They moved us to #19, which was much better. We ordered several beers, and three or four were spoiled and smelled awful. We also asked them to turn on the jacuzzi and bring two beers. It took around 20 minutes, and the guy said he'd forgotten. I'd rate it 3 out of 10.

The advertising looks nice, but the place itself was awful. The suite was dirty, had no toilet paper, and the shower had no hot water. If that's what the suite is like, I can only imagine a standard room. In the jacuzzi, water splashes all the way onto the bed. They don't provide slippers or a bathing cap. I'd go somewhere else.

We're hoping to visit Huila this weekend and are looking at hotels or motels. After seeing the report on Séptimo Día, I told my husband right away that we wouldn't stay at that hotel. Wherever we do go, we'll check the gas supply and ventilation.
