Good value for the price, and everything there was good.

The hotel is close to the lake, which is its main advantage. Our room wasn’t in the best shape, though, and when I checked other hostels, several were cheaper or cost the same with breakfast included. It’s unfortunate that you have to book well ahead to find good places.

A decent place to rest, with excellent food and service. The bathrooms need work, though: the hot water is gone after the first shower, so everyone else gets cold water. The TV cuts out for a while, and the internet only worked on our first day.

I paid a lot for a stay with too many problems. There wasn’t any hot water, we didn’t get enough towels, and I couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi on the second floor at all. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The restaurant service was very slow, although the facilities were good for the price. The staff were friendly, and the location is convenient, close to Lake Sochagota, the hot springs, and the restaurant area.
