The hosts are always ready to help if something comes up. It’s a simple place with the basics, and you need to ask for a room with an electric shower if you want hot water.

The owner is very friendly, and the rooms are comfortable. It’s budget-friendly and more like a hostel than a hotel, so it works well for relaxing. For room service, a restaurant, or spa services, you’ll have to go somewhere else.

It’s a cozy, classic, beautiful hotel with very good service, and it isn’t expensive. The location is handy for heading to the center or going for a stroll by the lake.

The room is comfortable and has hot water and a TV. It’s a simple hotel, and Doña Gladys is very helpful.

The hotel has changed management, and Mrs. Gladys and John are no longer there. The cleaning is terrible, and the beds, mattresses, and pillows now are complete garbage. The service is terrible too. Nothing like before, and I can’t recommend it at all.
