I still haven’t got my money back. They took money from my bank account and never gave me the room.

We got in late at night and could rest, but the television signal wasn’t working.

Waking up to a view of the snow-capped mountain was incredible. The room had only a fan, but we didn’t need AC since it was very cool. The place was clean, comfortable, well located, and good value for the price.

The receptionist was really friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything, and the service was superb 👍. It’s a very pleasant place to stay in Palomino, with good facilities. Prices vary depending on the accommodation: there are options for groups, private rooms, or couples, with AC or a fan, though the place itself is very cool.
