Hotel Bolivar Plaza Pasto

Great!

THEY HAVE A REASON FOR NOT BEING ON BOOKING.COM The breakfast was decent, but there wasn't much of it. Room comfort was okay and cleanliness was okay too. The hotel is on a main road beside the hospital, so it was noisy all night, with people yelling in the street. At reception, the staff came across as rude and uninterested, and made it obvious right away that we were the only guests. We asked several times for the internet to be fixed. They restarted it and it worked for two minutes, then stopped again. Thankfully we had our own connection, otherwise we'd have been completely cut off.

I've never stayed somewhere worse. The area felt extremely unsafe, and two people were robbed right in front of the hotel while we were there. The rooms were cold, there was no internet, and the hot water ran out. Avoid this hotel if you can. It's terrible. DO NOT GO.

The room we had fit four people and was comfortable, with two bathrooms and breakfast included. There was plenty of space and furniture for our bags and clothes, and to settle in during our stay. There are several places to eat nearby, and an Alkosto less than an eight minute walk away. The room had Wi-Fi, hot water, a hair dryer, and daily housekeeping.
