You get good value here: the staff are great, the room is well equipped, the bed is comfortable, and breakfast is good. Traffic noise can be an issue, though I suppose that’s hard to avoid in Colombia.

The rooms were bright and clean, and the staff were friendly.

My worst experience ever. They don’t seem like serious people. I had a reservation and, after a traffic accident, asked if they could return at least part of the money. They demanded medical and traffic reports. I asked to speak with the owner, but they wouldn’t let me. I made the request in advance, not at the last minute, yet they still refused to give me an answer. They said the hotel was empty during Carnival season, but I tried to reserve another room using a different number and was told they were fully booked. What a shame to treat guests this way. The reception staff’s treatment of me felt inhumane.

The staff who served us were very attentive, but the rest of the experience was mediocre. I stayed just after Carnival, and the room I got was tiny. Breakfast was awful, the same food for everyone and no choices. Management said some rooms had been set aside for relatives of the owners. For what the hotel charges, the service doesn’t measure up.
