There’s no proper restaurant nearby, just fast food, and the area doesn’t feel very nice at night. Rooms facing the parquet floor are uncomfortable too, with transit buses passing right alongside and nightclubs playing loud music late into the night. Inside, the hotel has a retro feel and is quiet, comfortable, and pleasant if you want somewhere that feels like home. The staff are very friendly. There’s laundry service and a cafeteria for drinks, but no food service.

The facilities are comfortable and pleasant, but paying was a real problem. Their terminal was out of service, and they couldn’t get it fixed or offer us other ways to pay for the room. That’s a major thing they need to improve.

It’s a good hotel, but when I tried to book most recently, they said cash was the only option. I didn’t have any, so I went elsewhere and got good service. They’ve lost me as a customer. That kind of poor service is inexcusable.

The location is good, and the staff were attentive. The place was clean too. The air conditioning barely worked in my room, though. If the city hadn’t had such a nice climate, I wouldn’t have slept in that heat. The breakfast was good, but after three days I was tired of having the same thing. I’d still recommend it for the location.
