We had to go out and talk to the group ourselves because they were on a balcony and the attendant couldn't get them to listen. They'd been loud since 5:00 AM, playing music, talking loudly, and smoking, despite the hotel's conduct rules. They quieted down somewhat after an argument, but I can't recommend this place at all. Find somewhere better.

Even though this is a hotel, people are allowed to play loud music in the early morning, making it feel like a hangout. Guests smoke and drink alcohol in areas where it's supposedly forbidden.
