The building’s age and architecture were lovely, and the staff made the stay an excellent experience. Front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable, and the hotel as a whole was clean and well maintained. Breakfast every morning was delicious, and the wait staff and housekeepers were just as friendly and professional. Gracias to everyone at Hotel Cataluna! 🙏
I stayed for two nights. The location is great, and the place was clean. The staff were kind and very professional.
There’s no luxury here, but it’s clean, comfortable, and has what you need for a good rest. The breakfast is good, the price is very good for this area, and the staff are super kind. There are parking lots nearby. I’d definitely stay again.
Breakfast was really good, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were kind and ready to help. On the third floor the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the receptionist tried but couldn’t fix it. The shower was tricky too, with water swinging between very cold and boiling hot. At night we could hear people talking outside, so it was pretty noisy.
The reception staff were really friendly, and the location near Plaza Bolivar is excellent. Rooms are spacious, though some are outdated and the mattresses are a bit hard. Breakfast is simple, and it would be nice to have a fruit plate on the menu. Good value for what you get, and I’d stay again.
