Hot water, which can be hard to come by in Colombia, and very comfortable beds made the stay easy. The rooms and shared areas were clean, and the location is central. Raúl deserves a special thank you for communicating so well in English, and the staff were friendly and gave great advice. They keep single-use plastic use limited. Breakfast isn't included, though there are plenty of nearby options, and the hotel can prepare it if you'd like. Prices are excellent.
