Good location, and the staff are friendly. It's okay.

For 70COP, it was a nice place for the money. The staff were pleasant, and the room was clean and comfortable. The shower head was a little broken, though. Street noise was pretty strong and there wasn't much air. Even though it's right in the center, the area didn't feel that welcoming for tourists. The 'nicer' part of the city is only 2-3 blocks away to the southeast.

The rooms themselves were okay, though not especially clean, and they can get hot. The so-called windows face into courtyards: one looks toward the washing area, where work starts at 6 a.m., and another toward the reception, which is loud too. You can hear everything. Conversations in the lobby carried into our room until around 1 a.m., even after we asked the night-shift guy to keep quiet with his five guests. Two hours earlier, that same guy had knocked on our door holding a hairdryer. At 00:30 a.m. we learned he'd gone to the wrong room; someone downstairs had ordered it and then used it for 45 minutes straight, on a Sunday night. Breakfast costs 15'000 COP for one coffee, one egg, a cup of orange juice, and one arepa. We were the only ones eating there. The breakfast room felt like a mix of a prison and a run-down hotel, with bars and no windows. If you're traveling, don't stay here. And if you do, remember my message while you listen to the whole neighborhood through your room all night. Enjoy. I warned you.

Fine for a stay of two days at most.
