The location is great, and the place itself is nice. Cristian and Tatiana are incredibly helpful and sweet. But the owners' guest service is as bad as it gets. They don't care about customer service or keeping guests. The lack of professionalism is hard to believe, and they're super unreliable. They give you one price, then change it and raise it on the day you try to get a price for paying directly. Honestly, their conduct was super disappointing.

I liked this hostel so much that I came back. Even the 11-bed dorm is very spacious. Each bed has an outlet and reading light, which is handy, and the whole place is very clean. The staff are helpful too. There's even a restaurant/bar on site for breakfast and dinner.

A lovely hostel, and the few people I met there were all very friendly. There are computers and a TV, plus a nice kitchen. The beds are super comfortable, and there was an actual hot shower.

The beds were comfortable and the showers got properly hot. It was an easygoing place to spend a few days, and I trusted the staff enough to have my replacement bank card sent there after losing mine the week before. Everything went smoothly.

The private room was a good size, and the staff were helpful. They made breakfast for you, which I liked. Hot water seemed to rely on solar power; I support green choices, but it needs a backup for the number of guests. Staff tried to fix it after I mentioned it, though even after 20 minutes the water was only a little warmer.
