It’s clean, but right in the noisy, polluted center. At night you can hear everyone in the building talking or watching TV in their rooms. The bathroom is tiny, and the shower takes 3 minutes to warm up. In the twin room, the ventilation is poor, and the old air ventilator is loud. The coffee tasted like a bag of dirt. We’re going to try their breakfast now, but our expectations are very low.

A big plus when traveling with pets is that the hotel allows them. I highly recommend it for a stay in downtown Pitalito.

The room is roomy, but everything looks quite old. The air conditioning is just average. It’s a floor unit rather than one mounted on the wall, and the constant noise makes it hard for us and other guests to sleep. Outside noise is unbearable, even when it isn’t nonstop. Breakfast tastes great, but the servings are very small. For the price, though, it’s good value.
