Hotel Londres Plaza

There was hair everywhere, even on the blankets, and the rooms were plainly not cleaned properly. They didn’t tidy the room or replace the towels, and there was no toilet paper or soap. A bad experience.

The hotel is in a very dangerous area, and it isn’t safe to arrive at night or go out. They said the parking was next door, but it was actually two blocks away in a highly dangerous area. The service was extremely poor. When we arrived, they couldn’t find our reservation. We also left a special medication for safekeeping, but the next day nobody could tell us where it was. It was filthy under the bed, with papers and shampoo packets, like it had never been cleaned.

I only stayed one night. It was economical and in a good location, and the bed was comfortable. The room smelled very damp, the shower and key didn’t work well, and the service was normal.

The room they gave us was a bit bigger than the one we’d booked. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. They offer electronic billing for businesses like ours and have a parking agreement. I’d definitely stay here again.
