Some nights were noisy, with loud music and people talking or shouting late into the night, probably from a nearby bar or club. Our room at the back avoided street noise, thankfully. The rest of our stay was lovely: a beautiful colonial building with two wonderful patios and a perfect central location, just one block from the main square. The larger patio has chairs and tables where you can relax. Our room and bathroom were modern, comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and matched what Booking.com and the hotel signs described, which I appreciated. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional. We felt safe because the entrance door stayed closed and staff opened it only for guests.

What made my stay so memorable was how warm, professional, and helpful everyone on staff was. They paid attention to the details and made me feel welcome and valued throughout. The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable, and the amenities and location were ideal. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I had an amazing stay and can't recommend the place enough if you're after a seamless, luxurious, and heartwarming visit.

We stayed here on our way to Cali and will return on the way back. It's a really nice colonial style hotel, well maintained, conveniently close to the plaza grande, and definitely recommended. The beds were comfortable, the showers were good, and the staff were friendly. There's off road parking for cars, along with modern amenities.

The rooms and the hotel's whole atmosphere were fantastic. Breakfast was a letdown and really not worth the money. There are lots of nearby restaurants that cost less and serve much better food.

The bathroom was huge and modern, with great water pressure. Its door hinge squeaked badly, though. The hotel has a lovely old-fashioned feel, and the staff were polite and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast and the grilled chicken at lunch. If you prefer strong coffee, though, go for the hot chocolate instead. It was delicious. A really lovely stay.
