An old house turned into a simple, friendly hotel, with big rooms, high ceilings, and a nice feel. The decor is old, but I liked the original floor tiles and large beams. Staff are keen to help, and the location is great. Parking is across the street with Orlando the rocker. Breakfast is simple but filling, and the room rate was 90,000 for our family of four, with two double beds and breakfast. It's not the Hilton, but it was ideal for us, close to the center and good for a night's sleep. We'll stay here again when we pass through Popayan. WSW

We stayed three nights in October 2019 and enjoyed it. The rooms are a good size, nicely furnished, and very clean. They can be serviced daily if you want. The bed and linen were great, there was hot water, and the Wi-Fi connection was good. We also liked the indoor patio and lounge area, and the location is excellent for walking to cafes and bars. Breakfast is included, the front desk is staffed 24/7, and entry is secure. The front-of-house staff were good too. We'd stay again, thanks guys. Bruce & Margo

The staff were very good, and breakfast was good too, but the hotel badly needs a major renovation. The washroom was terrible, and they even messed up our laundry. Run away, and run fast.
