The room not being made up one day was part of a pretty bad stay. We were there for three nights, and the rooms were so dirty that after the first night we considered changing hotels. The breakfast was bad enough that we never ate it there. The scooter rental was another problem. When we arrived, they pushed us to rent one at the hotel for 60,000 pesos per 24 hours, and specifically said half a day would cost half the price. At checkout, they charged 100,000 pesos per day. Since we picked it up the evening we arrived and returned it the morning we left, they billed us for both the arrival and departure days. Based on what I heard from other tourists, this is probably one of the island's worst hotels.
