My shorts got stained with chlorine. I reported it to reception, but they doubted my account. I showed them compelling information and waited for payment for the shorts. I'm leaving this review because the damage still hasn't been paid for.

There's a good variety of food at the hotel restaurant, and the pool with its waterfall is awesome. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly. Great place to stay.
