Alfahar Hotel

The beds were great, the food was good, and the staff were fantastic. We also enjoyed the heated pool and the activities, including a free hike where we got to talk with the very knowledgeable manager. The place is beautiful and full of thoughtful details, and it feels quite new. My wife found it on Instagram while we were choosing between this and hotel Casa Rose. We’ve stayed at more than 50 hotels in Colombia, and this is easily among our top five. We’ll be back, and might even hold an event here.

Maria Jose made check-in easy, answered all our questions, and helped arrange a tour and other things to do nearby. Dairo was attentive to our needs throughout the stay, too. We found the rooms comfortable, with nice beds and hot water, and the shared spaces were lovely. It's pet friendly and in a great location. We had a great experience from beginning to end.

A new hotel with a distinctive feel, friendly and helpful staff, and beautiful views from the balcony. The food and service were excellent. A lovely place to stay.

I went to the hotel's food festival, not as an overnight guest. Everything was organized really well, and the staff were quick, efficient, and well trained. The table was set thoughtfully, including the utensils, which I've rarely seen done properly in Latam. The decorations were tasteful, too. I attended Italian day and was amazed by the range and quality of the dishes. It was the best buffet I've had. People often post only when something goes wrong, but this event was outstanding and everything was such high quality.
