The room felt cramped, the blankets were really thin, and both the bed and pillows were hard. The Wi-Fi was awful. When it was time to leave, the elevator was out, so we had to carry our luggage down a tight stairway. Breakfast was made to order, but the only choices were scrambled eggs or a fried egg with a croissant and fruit.

The location was good overall, but the Venezuelan girl’s customer service was very bad. We had an issue over a towel, and the staff need to learn more about the customer service process.

Being right by the best bars is a real plus. The restaurant on the sixth floor is good too.

The room smelled unbelievably damp as soon as we walked in, and it was unpleasant. The mattresses are hard, and each bed gets just one thin blanket even though it’s very cold there. There’s a fireplace they say you can use, but no directions and nobody to help light it. They also have no Wi-Fi, and service is inconsistent. At first we were told breakfast would be brought to the room, then later told it wouldn’t. The basic services are lacking, and what they tell you at the start doesn’t match what actually happens. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place.
