Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were nice, though they don't speak English. The view is stunning, but not every room has one. The manager said none of the couples' rooms have a view. Also, the jacuzzi costs extra and has to be booked in advance, even though it's the main photo in the ads. There are no mosquito nets on the windows. On our first night we were put in a ground-floor double room with a window that wouldn't lock. We'd already had thefts on our trip, so we asked to move upstairs or at least get a key to the safe. We were told neither was possible. The next day, after we spoke to the manager, he offered us a room for three with a view and a safe at no extra cost.

The staff were kind and great, which was my favorite part. We chose the hotel for its amazing view, but got a small corner room instead. They hadn't made it clear on the website or when we booked that not every room has a view. We managed to switch to one that did, and that made things better. The rooms are okay, and the view is great.

Pablo was a great host and kept checking that we were having a good stay. The atmosphere is always fun, with staff putting on activities to make the place lively. There's also a quiet, comfortable coworking space that's perfect for remote work. Awesome place to stay.

The cheaper room category didn't feel worthy of a place calling itself a boutique hotel, so I wouldn't recommend booking it. Getting to the village meant crossing several hills, which was tiring in the heat. On the good side, everything was clean, the view really is impressive, and breakfast was freshly made and delicious. Our airport ride to the hotel went smoothly and was well worth the cost.

The staff were lovely, the location was great, and breakfast was nice. The views are amazing. There's a big hot shower, though you have to wait a minute or so for the water to warm up. Lots of TV channels, and when available you can switch to English with the audio button. Soundproofing isn't great, but it was quiet at night.
