The staff were kind and very helpful, and there was free coffee in the morning. Wi-Fi coverage was good throughout, with reasonable speed. The hostel is right on the main street, with shops and restaurants close by and a supermarket just underneath. Our room had a balcony facing the main street, so it was noisy. Other rooms had no window or only a window onto the corridor. Rooms are basic but clean, with okay beds and a small flat-screen TV. The shower has a heating element, though the water flow was very weak. There’s a shared living room with a large flat-screen TV, plus a shared kitchen that’s not well equipped, so cooking is limited to basic meals.

It’s a small, simple hotel suited to backpackers who don’t need much. The owners are friendly and give you a personal welcome, and the village location is central.
