Every meal was delicious, and the facilities and atmosphere made the whole stay easy and enjoyable. Ana Karina, María Fernanda, Jaider, Aisidi, and the rest of the team were so welcoming and kind that we felt at home. We had an amazing time at Isla Tropical Apartments in San Andrés and would definitely return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island! Thank you so much for everything. You made us feel right at home, and we hope to come back soon!

The service was wonderful, and breakfast was different each day. There’s a mini market too. Our room was clean and tidy, with air conditioning and a minibar. The shower had no hot water, but that wasn’t an issue in February’s muggy heat. They can also suggest mule rentals and tours.

The hosts are flexible and very helpful, and they provide airport pickup and breakfast every day. It’s easy to get around, with taxis and motorbike rentals available. The location is central in a working-class neighborhood, nothing fancy, but fine. The internet is awful, though on vacation you might as well tune it out. There’s room to improve, and I’m glad the place is creating jobs for local people.
