Jaqueline at the front desk was so helpful! The rooms were comfortable and clean. Paying extra for an ocean view is worth it, you can hear the waves at night. You can't swim right outside the room, but it's next to one of the Caribbean's best beaches.

The bed was uncomfortable, and that's about all they have to offer. The towels and sheets were filthy, and the internet was slower than 1997 dial-up, so they shouldn't advertise it. Electricity went out for more than half the day starting on day one. I've been here three days with no hot water, and each day they say someone will check tomorrow. They never offered another room. They also wouldn't discount or refund anything for the services they couldn't provide. I'd never stay here again.

Communication was really poor. They didn't answer on WhatsApp, and the promised invoice never got sorted.

The owner, Hishem Onaissi, was very nice when we checked in and suggested good restaurants. We expected a relaxing stay, but couldn't in good conscience give the five stars we'd hoped to. The rooms are small, about 3 by 4.5 meters, or 10 by 15 feet, and the bathrooms are tiny. Noise was a big problem: we could hear TVs, conversations, and sex in other rooms. I ended up stuffing toilet paper in my ears. Each room has a little porthole window looking into the hallway, and the bright hallway lights shone into our room at bedtime. We complained, and they turned off all the lights, leaving late arrivals to find their way through a dark hallway. Strange. Our TV never worked. We asked three times for it to be fixed, but they didn't, and it had Netflix, which we'd wanted to watch. The shower was just a pipe coming out of the wall with low pressure. The beds were hard as a park bench. They didn't provide blankets or a hair dryer, and we had to ask for a blanket. There are five slot machines next to the lobby, and you can hear them at night, dinging away like Las Vegas. Sleep was out of the question. We could never get Wi-Fi either, and had to walk down the street to a free Wi-Fi spot on the island. Be prepared if you stay here.
