AVOID, DO NOT BOOK The location is terrible, right by the airport, and the road to the main beach is busy and unsafe to walk at night. Getting there is difficult too, with unclear directions from the airport. The rooms weren’t clean, and it was way overpriced for what you get. Pool rules weren’t posted in the advertisement, and if you stay even one minute over the time, he’ll charge you. Gary was aggressive toward me, my mom, and my girlfriend. He yelled at us, and we didn’t feel safe. After we tried to be friendly with him, he was extremely disrespectful to me and my family. This isn’t the first review about Gary harassing guests and making them feel unsafe or unwelcome. I felt taken advantage of as a tourist. It wasn’t a relaxing place for a vacation. Book somewhere else.

For the price, the service was excellent, and the rooms were clean, nicely furnished, and well equipped. You can walk into town from here. I’d definitely recommend it for a San Andres visit.

We just wanted to leave peacefully, but Gary, the guest, was rough with us and even pushed my friend. The service was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The owners were welcoming, and it’s good value. It’s quiet and away from the crowds, though still close enough to walk to the action.

You can reach the beach in about 15-20 minutes on foot, depending on your pace. The airport is nearby, but getting there means going all the way around, so walking may take as long as 40 minutes. At night, the last block is unpaved, empty, and poorly lit. The pool is lovely, though it’s only open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Rooms have air conditioning, comfortable beds, a fridge, microwave, towels, TV, and a clothesline. They’re cleaned every other day. Gary was attentive and helpful. The other staff seemed less friendly when he wasn’t around, which matters when you’re dealing with tourists. Even with those drawbacks, the place is okay for the price and what’s offered.
