Posada Dima Cresida

Mrs. Cresida’s kindness has been the highlight for me. I’ve felt very comfortable here, and I’m only on my third day of a 17-day booking. This was my first time in an inn or guesthouse. I usually stay in large hotels in the San Luis area, but I left the booking too late this trip and they were full. After days of searching for local accommodation, I found Dima Cresida. There weren’t many reviews, but the ones I saw all praised the hygiene, cleanliness, and friendliness. Cresida’s warm response convinced me to book. The inn is in the residential Los Almendros neighborhood on Newball Avenue, about 15 minutes from Rojas Pinilla Airport. A taxi costs $15,000 COP, and the town center is a 15-minute walk. Public transport is easy to catch on this main road. Across the street is the “Sea of ​​Love,” with palms, white sand, a small pier, and a panoramic view where you could spend hours. You can swim there, though it isn’t my favorite sea. Shops, a D1 supermarket, and upscale restaurants are walkable too. There are two floors: the studio apartments with kitchens are downstairs, while Mrs. Cresida lives upstairs. I booked a double room. It’s standard-sized but nicely decorated, with a minibar, TV with national channels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a standard bed, a small table for two, and a compact but roomy bathroom with toiletries. The clothes storage felt a bit small for my long trips, though it would be fine for five days. There’s an outdoor terrace for guests to relax. A cleaning lady is available if you want the room cleaned, and although my double room has no kitchenette, guests can use a shared kitchen. JUST GOD 👣👣👣

The apartment was superb, and the host was excellent. Everything was spectacularly clean, five stars all around. A highly recommended inn.
