The rooms are simple and don't have air conditioning, though they do come with a refrigerator. They were clean and cleaned every day. Posada Henry is in a great spot in the center of town, near the beach, shops, and restaurants. I'd stay there again when I visit San Andres.

The floor was dirty, and the shower head was covered in mold. I found the condition of the place disgusting. When I arrived, the owner, Henry, was so drunk he couldn't even give me the Wi-Fi password. It was a sad sight. I booked through booking.com for one guest, six nights, at a total of 360,000. My receipt clearly showed that price and booking. But after checkout, the owner followed me to the airport and demanded another 420,000, saying he would call the police if I didn't pay. He said I had to pay for two guests and a deluxe room, even though that wasn't what I booked. They had put me in a deluxe room with air conditioning for two by mistake, and I was forced to pay the extra 420,000 for a room I hadn't booked or, in his words, go to jail. I've traveled all over the world using booking.com, and staying at Posada Henry II was the worst experience of my life. I would never wish this hotel on anyone. The owner extorted 420,000 pesos from me by threatening to call the police. Avoid this property at all costs. You were warned!
