Room in Guest Room - Green Sea Inn in the San Luis Sector

My husband and I stayed for one night and loved the hostel. It was comfortable, and Doña Flori was incredibly kind and friendly. She rents motorcycles and kindly provided one for us. Breakfast is available for an extra charge, and she also sells drinks. The location is excellent, close to Rocky Kay, beaches right in front, restaurants, and a food court. I highly recommend booking directly with her so you can negotiate.

This was a horrible experience, and one of the worst places I've stayed. The owner was disrespectful and, according to us, dishonest. We paid a month in advance and she confirmed the payment, but later acted as if it hadn't been paid, using the same excuse about not receiving payment that she often uses to try to scam guests. She tried to charge us twice and attempted to keep valuables from arriving guests. There was also poor cleanliness and minimal maintenance, which added to my complete distrust of the place. Going there feels like a total risk because of what I see as the owner's fraudulent behavior. I recommend avoiding it. The Secretary of Tourism of San Andrés and the relevant authorities should follow up on the numerous complaints from guests who stay here.

Flory, the owner, is very kind and always ready to help with whatever you need. The location is excellent, with a privileged view and the sea just 50 meters away. The rooms are comfortable, there's Wi-Fi, and you can cook and use the washer-dryer. There's a supermarket nearby for shopping. I totally recommend the place, and the prices are very affordable.

The host was rude and hard to communicate with. Even after I spoke with her directly and she confirmed she had received the reservation payment, she said we had to sort it out with the intermediary on our first night or leave. She also said our room had no key and that she wouldn't take responsibility if anything went missing. I absolutely wouldn't recommend staying here.
